In order to process your request for third-party billing, simply download Sandman Hotel Group's Credit Card Authorization Form from the link below. Carefully read the entire form and follow the instructions indicated.
The instructions MUST be followed properly to ensure the request is processed 72 hours prior to check-in.
- Click here to download the Credit Card Authorization Form (fillable pdf).
- On page 2 of the pdf, in the field labelled "Select your property", choose the hotel where the guest will be staying.
- Complete the entire form on the 2nd page of the pdf.
- Email the completed form, a clear photo of the front and back of the credit card you wish to charge, and a copy of a valid piece of government-issued photo identification (with complete address) to the email of the hotel where the guest will be staying. The email address is listed directly below the hotel’s name on Page 2 of the authorization form.
