1One (1) night’s room and tax will be charged for any booking cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival. Upon check-in, the first week Room & Tax must be prepaid and is non-refundable. For each consecutive week, or days remaining if less than seven (7), must be paid prior to the next week starting.
2Full cleaning is available twice a week, and, unless specified by the guest and agreed upon by the hotel, is scheduled on the 3rd and 7th day of the stay. If additional full cleaning is requested a fee of $50 for rooms with kitchens/kitchenettes and $25 for rooms without kitchens/kitchenettes will be charged. There is no additional cost for delivery of additional towels, other guest supplies (within reason), or removal of garbage daily.
