Free Airport Shuttle

If you travel a lot or only a little, getting to and from Sandman Signature Toronto Airport Hotel should be the easy part. So, when you arrive or depart from YYZ in Toronto, our free airport shuttle will be there. We are pleased to offer a 24-hours complimentary shuttle courtesy Shuttle Service every 30 minutes to and from Toronto Pearson Airport. Shuttle Service is on demand and on a first come, first serve basis with a maximum seating capacity of 14.  
 
From Toronto Pearson Airport to the Hotel: 
Upon arrival, once you have cleared the baggage area and customs, please call the hotel directly at 416-798-8840 and advise the terminal you are in, and we will confirm the estimated time for the next pick up. Pick up posts are:

Terminal 1 – Ground transportation level Post S5 (one level below arrivals)
Terminal 3 – Arrivals level Post 37 (Domestic & International)

From the Hotel to Toronto Pearson Airport: 
Book in person or by dialing 0 from the hotel room as early as the previous day or within 30 minutes for the next hour or half hour. 

If the shuttle is fully booked or should you decide not to wait for it, you may arrange a taxi or ride sharing service at your own expense. The hotel is not responsible for delays or lack of shuttle space as it services all guests staying at the hotel.
